1. Manufacturing Defect Warranty – 30 Days
All MAGPLIX products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects only
This warranty does not cover
Misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage
Wear and tear from normal use
Altered products or unauthorized repairs
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
To request a warranty claim
Contact us at info@magplix.com within 30 days of receiving the product
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos
Our team will review and respond within 2 to 3 business days
If approved, you may receive
A replacement product (depending on availability)
A partial or full refund, based on the severity and nature of the defect
2. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact info@magplix.com within 48 hours of delivery

Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue at no cost to you by reshipping the correct item or issuing a full refund
3. Conditions for Return and Refund
To be eligible for a return
Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
4. Exclusions
MAGPLIX does not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases
Requests submitted after the allowed period
Products showing signs of use
Returns due to change of mind after using the product
Items returned without prior authorization
